Scotch College Workplace Gender Equality Report 2014

Under the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012, Scotch College is required to report to the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) annually on a set of standardised reporting matters under six gender equality indicators.The reporting period refers to the 12 months from 1 April to 31 March annually.

The Workplace Gender Equality Agency works collaboratively with employers, business, industry and professional associations, academics and researchers, equal opportunity networks and women’s groups and regularly speak at private and public events on workplace gender issues in order to promote their vision that women and men be equally represented, valued and rewarded in the workplace.
