Dance
 The Scotch Dance program offers students a comprehensive education in Classical, Tap, Jazz, and Modern/Contemporary styles of dance, providing a structured pathway to Year 12 SACE Dance studies and beyond.
Students may select to study Dance as a curriculum subject from Year 8, or participate as a practical only casual Dance student. There are three Dance studios at Scotch College with classes scheduled during and after school hours.
Dance has its own specific language, processes and techniques that students learn in theory and practice through composition and choreography, performance, appreciation, and concentration on technique. Students celebrate their achievements through regular public performances throughout the school year.
