The Year 10 Curriculum structure enables students to start their South Australian Certificate of Education (SACE). The new SACE commences in 2009 with the introduction of a compulsory subject called the Personal Learning Plan (PLP). This provides an insight into the language and structure of SACE courses, while giving the student more flexibility in Year 11.  Students have the opportunity to study other SACE units in Year 10 and students in Year 10 participate in the Sporting and Outdoor Education programs at the College.

2009 Year 10 Course Information Course, Sport, Dance, Music and Performing Arts forms can be downloaded before making your selections and returning them to the Head of Curriculum. Students who wish to study a subject that is not in offered within their current year level, will need to make an appointment with the Head of Curriculum. Books are purchased through Lighthouse Books.

All students work through a self directed careers identification program designed by the Australian Council for Educational Research. They are also involved in a series of introductory sessions to future tertiary pathways. In Term 3 each year visits are arranged to the Career Information Centre as the next stage in the process of vocational investigation. Student workshops are then conducted to help choose Senior Secondary subjects and tertiary course pathways suitable for the individual students interests and aspirations. Students also complete an Occupational Health and Safety Induction, partly as preparation for work experience.
