Parent Teacher Interviews

ChildrenJunior School
In Term 2 parents are invited to attend a formal Parent Teacher interview. For the Reception – Year 4 children this is a traditional interview where the teacher discusses the student’s progress with the parents.

The Year 5 and 6 students are involved in Three Way Conferencing, which is an interview between the child, their parents and the teacher. Three Way Conferences are run by the child and enable the child to take responsibility for their own learning and goal setting. The teacher acts as a facilitator for the child during the interview and much preparation takes place before the interview between the student and teacher.
