ANZACAt Scotch the service model of leadership is implemented, with our students learning "service to others" through their leadership in the community. Leadership is a position of responsibility in the College with students serving Scotch and the community to make for better practices and outcomes.

Students and staff vote for students to represent their classes, Houses or the College depending on their age and the school in which they belong. Students can also be in leadership roles in their sport and co-curricular teams. Student leadership is representative of the co-educational ethos of the College.

The College also has a very active Student Representative Council (SRC) which among its many duties, seeks to raise money for those marginalised or at risk in our community and overseas. In 2006 the SRC raised almost $9000 towards removing mines in Cambodia.

There are countless opportunities where students can see that something needs to be done, step up and lead. Formal training occurs in each of the schools at particular year levels, and specific training is provided for those students who are elected to leadership positions.
