 First Cut is a Filmmaking competition open to all South Australian primary and secondary schools. During the competition the student films are screened at Scotch College and given the chance to meet industry professionals and win film related prizes.
The Academy at Scotch is hosting this competition and contributing funding and promotional opportunities. It is a non-profit event in an effort to promote young filmmaking in South Australia.
