Why is it so important and how can we help our students at home?

Parents are invited to attend an evening in the Junior School Multi-Purpose Hall on Wednesday 15 August with Dr David Cropley, International author, researcher and consultant in creativity and innovation, who specialises in helping people and organisations to unlock their idea generation and problem-solving capabilities (read Dr Cropley's full bio).

As the world moves deeper into an era of automation, big data, artificial intelligence and machine learning – what it often described as the Fourth Industrial Revolution – experts around the world are acknowledging that this will have a major impact on the skills needed in the workplaces of the future. A recent report by the World Economic Forum – The Future of Jobs – noted that even by 2020, among the most valuable workplace skills will be the ability to solve complex problems, and creativity.

Light refreshments will be served.
