Scotch Girls Soccer & Netball Winning Ways

For the second consecutive year, the Scotch Middle A Girls Soccer team have finished in first place in their IGSSA League!

The Girls defeated Wilderness School in the Grand Final this week, 3-2.

Congratulations to all involved, and a special thanks to Coach Abby and Ms Wells for their suberb work on the sidelines all season.

In Netball, five Scotch Netball teams reached their IGSSA Grand Finals! All Grand finals were hosted at Westminster, with Scotch having by far the biggest representation of any school, with our 7A, 8A, 9A, Senior Open B and Senior Open A sides all making the big game. The 8A side won over St Peter’s Girls while the Senior Open B side had a great win over Westminster. Other games were all very close with 7A losing to Immanuel, 9A going down by 2 goals in a nail biter versus Westminster and our Open A Girls losing in a very competitive game against Westminster.

Well done to all players involved and a big thank you to Sonia Roberts (Head of Netball), Mark Goreham (Head of Senior Netball), and all of our coaches for doing such a great job this season.
