All students within the Scotch College community are valued as individuals.

Our House and Mentor structure allow students to build long-lasting relationships with their Mentor and Head of House/Student Wellbeing Leader to ensure their successes and efforts are acknowledged genuinely on a continual basis.

Within the College, students are enriched by opportunities to both mature and develop their own individual talents and skills. Each students’ growth and contribution to their House and College community are celebrated.

With an environment which continues to foster the respect and appreciation for others’ actions, it becomes second nature for students to not only have the self-awareness of their own value to the College, but also the recognition of the peers.
