This interactive 90 minutes focuses on the habits middle leaders use to keep momentum alive in their teams. You will look at who you are actually leading and what each of those people needs from you, how to meet colleagues where they are rather than where you assumed they were, how to ask questions that shift someone’s thinking instead of simply gathering information, and how to make feedback the thing that sustains improvement rather than a once a year event. Working in small groups with middle leaders from other schools, you will leave with two or three habits you can put straight to use in your next team conversation.
